Hello Youth Parents!
Some exciting upcoming dates we wanted to make everyone aware of:
- Saturday, July 18th, 12:00 Noon: Youth Pool Party at the Cottens!
If you have a tween or teen, whether you're currently part of our McGuire Youth Class or not, please come by for an awesome day of fun, burgers, hot dogs, and cooling off for the summer! If you have kiddos not already in our Youth Class, this is a great time for them to meet everyone! Please RSVP for head count on lunch with Josh (318) 547-2781

- Saturday, August 15th: Youth Nerf Night @ McGuire!
Come join us on campus for a Nerf Night, where we'll have a devotional, message, and a chance to run around like crazy and have some fun! We'll have nerf guns to hand, but feel free to bring your own!
- Sunday, August 16th: Youth Parent's Huddle
Directly after service on the 16th, the Youth Parents will huddle up in the youth room for a quick overview of the second half of 2026 planning, feedback, and an open forum on the youth program.
- Sunday, September 27th: Youth Parents' Intro to Confirmation
Pre-kickoff conversations with Pastor Shawn on Confirmation for our Youth Parents

- Scheduling and more
- Sunday, October 4th: First Confirmation Meeting
The first Sunday in October kicks off our Fall Confirmation Class, which will recur monthly throughout the fall, winter, and into early 2027 (pending holidays).
